Business Automation Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing and executing bulk claims automation requests, the full-time Business Automation Analyst will validate eligibility, review claims, and provide support for automation-related inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute bulk claims automation requests and validate automation eligibility and results
- Perform claims review, investigation, adjustment, and resolution for discrepancies and appeals
- Support automation maintenance activities and assist in documenting workflows and process steps
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of claims-related experience in claim processing or medical billing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Exposure to SQL (beginner) preferred or willingness to learn
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Macro Express) is preferred
