Business Banking Asset Resolution Officer

Job Summary

Managing Small Business Loan Center and Business Banking accounts on the Watch List, the full-time remote Business Banking Asset Resolution Officer will develop resolution strategies, monitor financial performance and collateral positions, and maintain relationships with loan officers and legal counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies for account resolution and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance, collateral positions, and loan documentation updates
• Perform impairment reviews and maintain account logs regularly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cash flow and asset-based lending
• 3 years of experience managing problem loans
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lending documentation and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Stucky (ABL system)
