Business Coaching Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting pharmacy customers through proactive, relationship-driven virtual coaching, the full-time Business Coaching Coordinator will manage a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, strengthen engagement, and help clients achieve meaningful business goals in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with assigned pharmacy customers
- Schedule and lead regular virtual meetings with pharmacy owners to review business performance
- Support pharmacy owners with business coaching, goal setting, and progress tracking
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on relationship management or coaching
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Excel for data analysis and account management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related business support is preferred
- Self-driven and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
