Job Summary
Supporting the Sales team in driving revenue objectives, the full-time remote Business Consultant will leverage technical expertise and industry knowledge to contribute to pre-sales processes, develop tailored solutions, and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to drive the pre-sales process and align with revenue targets
- Contribute technical sections of RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations that address customer needs and challenges

- Strong understanding of the laboratory informatics industry
- Hands-on experience in laboratory environments or familiarity with laboratory operations
