Business Continuity Management Lead

Job Summary

To establish and lead an enterprise-wide continuity program, the full-time Business Continuity Management Lead will develop BCM frameworks and policies, conduct business impact analyses, and coordinate recovery efforts across the organization, with the flexibility to work remotely or from specified locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise BCM framework, policies, and standards aligned with bank-launch readiness
• Partner with business owners to identify critical services and conduct business impact analyses, mapping dependencies across various factors
• Design and lead a risk-based exercise program to test recovery capabilities and drive remediation of identified gaps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business continuity management or related fields within a regulated environment
• Proven experience in building or enhancing an enterprise BCM program, including governance and testing
• Strong skills in business impact analysis and recovery objective development
• Technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering on disaster recovery and system dependencies
• Experience managing a team of Business Continuity analysts
