Business Continuity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the company's resilience program, the full-time Business Continuity Manager will manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, oversee critical incident management, and contribute to risk-based internal audit engagements in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise BCM program, including policy development, business impact analyses, and recovery strategies
• Own the critical incident management process, coordinating responses during major disruptions and conducting post-incident reviews
• Execute the risk-based internal audit plan, planning and leading audits while ensuring independence from BCM and incident response functions

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business continuity, incident or crisis management, with at least 2 years leading BCM programs and 2+ years in internal audit
• Hands-on experience with BCM, BIAs, recovery planning, incident response, and audit methodology in FinTech, Payments, or Software companies
• Familiarity with BCM, risk management, and internal audit frameworks
• Experience or strong desire to incorporate AI capabilities into processes
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, or a similar field; preferred certifications include CIA, CISA, CRISC, CBCP/MBCP, CISSP, or CPA
