Business Continuity Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, the full-time remote Business Continuity Specialist will collaborate with associates across the organization to develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans, ensuring effective preparation and response to business disruptions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise and support for planning and preparation related to business disruptions
- Coordinate the maintenance and testing of Business Continuity and Technical Recovery Plans
- Oversee the development of Operational Business Impact Analyses and Incident Response Plans
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business continuity within financial services or related fields
- Active Business Continuity certification (e.g., ABCP, CBCP, MBCP) or ability to obtain one within the first year
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with business continuity management systems, such as BC in the Cloud or Fusion
