Business Controls Advisor
Job Summary
To support risk and control consultation efforts, the remote Business Controls Advisor will assist in identifying and monitoring operational and strategic risks, implementing controls, and facilitating alignment among policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, and external guidelines while identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
- Monitor operational and strategic risks along with associated Key Risk Indicators, and translate control deficiencies into action plans
- Serve as a liaison for internal/external audit support requests and contribute to enhancing governance practices in alignment with risk and compliance frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
