Business Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Business Data Analyst will own analytics platform governance, lead the migration of reporting infrastructure to Power BI, and partner strategically with clinical and operational teams to automate workflows and enhance reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the migration of legacy reporting tools to Power BI and maintain certified reporting environments
- Lead high-impact data initiatives, defining metric definitions and overseeing projects from discovery to production
- Proactively automate manual reporting processes and develop standardized reporting packages for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (including DAX) and strong SQL skills across multiple platforms
- Proven experience designing and managing ETL pipelines in a modern data warehouse environment
- Experience integrating AI models into analytical workflows and automating routine business processes
- Strong working knowledge of Python and familiarity with healthcare data environments is preferred
