Business Data Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Data Analyst will analyze business requests, design automated systems, and act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure optimal operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between client end-users and technical teams, analyzing and documenting business needs and operational procedures
- Develop business specifications and logical flowcharts to guide programmers in creating technical specifications and system designs
- Lead documentation efforts for client training and system installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
- Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs
- Knowledge of scripting and data structures, along with experience in the bankcard industry
- Working towards a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
