Business/Data Analyst - P&C Insurance
Job Summary
To support the development of a next-generation Analytical Data Lakehouse, an experienced Business/Data Analyst - P&C Insurance will work remotely, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate reporting and analytical needs into actionable data requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams to design and implement an Analytical Data Lakehouse that reflects business requirements
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst in data, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives
- Proven knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, and validation
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data architects, and data engineers
