Business Development Affiliate

Job Summary

To support the expansion of customer relationships, the remote Business Development Affiliate will leverage their network to introduce U.S.-based companies with over 20 employees and three years of operating history, earning up to $50,000 or a 6% customer sign-up bonus for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and refer potential U.S.-based companies that meet specified criteria for partnership
• Facilitate introductions to decision-makers within referred companies to explore business opportunities
• Maintain ongoing relationships with referred companies and provide updates to Mode on referral progress

Required qualifications

• Strong network of business owners, executives, or decision-makers within relevant industries
• Proven ability to make credible introductions and recognize business opportunities
• Experience or relationships with private equity firms, venture capital funds, or startup networks is advantageous
• No formal sales experience required; business instincts and credibility are essential
• Ability to work independently and manage referrals remotely
