Providing analytical support to the Business Development Office, the full-time Business Development Analyst will manage the business development pipeline, assess growth opportunities, and create data-driven visualizations while working remotely four days a week.

- Scope and quantify potential growth opportunities to determine financial viability using healthcare data
- Develop and maintain reporting and performance tracking for the Business Development Office
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Finance in a healthcare setting
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other data-visualization platforms
- Desire to learn AI-supported data reporting automation and operational improvements
