Business Development Associate
Job Summary
To support the growth of clinical research, the full-time Business Development Associate will generate new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of Pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organization (CRO) clients, and drive study lead prospecting, management, and conversion processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with potential prospects to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Manage and convert study leads into opportunities through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure site awards and meet business development targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Proven experience in prospecting and managing opportunities through to closure
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations that address client needs
- General understanding of the Clinical Research and pharmaceutical market
