Business Development Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the identification and design of new training and employment programs in high-growth sectors across Latin America, the full-time Regional Business & Program Development Associate will conduct labor market research, analyze trends, and gather insights while working remotely for a fixed term of 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct labor market research and analyze trends to identify potential program opportunities
- Engage with employers to gather insights on hiring demand and translate findings into program design recommendations
- Support the development of evidence-based business cases and prepare materials for internal stakeholder decision-making
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, or program development
- Experience in market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable
- Proficiency in research and data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with labor market dynamics in Latin America is a plus
