Job Summary
To support business growth, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will conduct research, identify potential clients, and craft targeted outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers in the clinical research industry.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts research and Business Intelligence activities to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities
- Builds targeted campaigns using PSI stories from recent proposals and writes engaging outreach content
- Identifies and tracks business conference attendees to prepare specific outreach and talking points
Required qualifications
- College or University degree
- 1-2 years of experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company and/or a CRO
- Understanding of CROs and the clinical research industry
- Understanding of clinical operations
- Strong organizational skills
