Business Development Associate

Job Summary

Supporting progressive organizations' data needs, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will manage client interactions, coordinate projects across departments, and assist in developing marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill inbound projects from start to finish, delivering requests accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with clients to define requests and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Chief Client Officer on marketing and outreach efforts

Required qualifications

• Experience in campaigns, organizing, or advocacy, or a combination of political and sales/marketing experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable using communication tools like Zoom and phone for client interactions
• Curiosity to innovate with AI tools
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours, especially during peak election periods
