Business Development Director

Job Summary

Driving expansion in the payments and stablecoins sector, the full-time remote Business Development Director will engage key players, co-create go-to-market strategies, and manage cross-functional initiatives across Mexico and Central America.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key players in the payments and stablecoins ecosystem, including banks and fintechs
• Champion the product suite and roadmap, focusing on use cases like on-chain FX and cross-border remittances
• Co-create and execute go-to-market plans with ecosystem players while managing deliverables across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain, particularly in payments or stablecoins
• Strong network within Mexico and Central America's financial and fintech ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead strategic business development initiatives and drive execution across teams
• Deep understanding of on-chain finance, including DeFi and institutional yield
• Working knowledge of regional crypto regulations and their implications for financial products
