Business Development Director

Job Summary

Driving the future of on-chain finance, the full-time remote Business Development Director will expand the company's presence in the payments and stablecoins sector by engaging key players, co-creating go-to-market strategies, and managing cross-functional initiatives across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key players in the payments and stablecoins ecosystem, including banks and fintechs
• Champion the product suite and roadmap while shaping pilots and integrations with strategic partners
• Analyze regulatory developments and translate insights into actionable strategies for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain, particularly in payments or stablecoins
• Strong network within Colombia's financial and fintech ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead strategic business development initiatives and drive cross-functional execution
• Deep understanding of on-chain finance, including DeFi and institutional yield
• Working knowledge of regional crypto regulations and their implications for financial products
