Business Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading the commercialization strategy for AI-enabled tools and digital health platforms, the full-time Business Development Lead will manage partnerships and licensing agreements to enhance the adoption of American Heart Association science in clinical practice, with the option for remote work in Western States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy to expand the reach of American Heart Association science
• Lead negotiations for complex commercial and licensing agreements while building strategic relationships aligned with the organization's mission
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance approvals and ensure successful partner integration and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or related fields
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex enterprise agreements
• Ability to develop commercial strategies and evaluate business models
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital content licensing
