Business Development Lead
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution for the commercialization of American Heart Association science, the full-time Business Development Lead in Clinical Solutions and Licensing will manage partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and digital health platforms, while working remotely in Western States.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy to enhance the visibility and adoption of American Heart Association science
- Identify and develop strategic relationships to build a pipeline based on clinical relevance and commercial potential
- Lead negotiations for complex commercial and licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and protecting intellectual property
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or digital health
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing senior-level partner relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving legal, finance, and product teams
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital content licensing
