Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end business development function, the full-time Business Development Manager will focus on prospecting, proposal development, and CRM management while working remotely to secure grant funding and catalytic investment capital in the blended finance and impact investing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own prospecting and outreach to identify funding opportunities across various philanthropic and investment landscapes
• Independently draft and manage proposals and concept notes, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Maintain and manage the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of all business development activities and pipeline health

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal development, grant writing, and business development in blended finance and impact investing
• Direct exposure to impact investors, family offices, and philanthropic funders
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify unique funding prospects
• Experience in managing prospect pipelines and outreach lists
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in international development, communications, business, or a related field
