Job Summary
Focusing on expanding market share within the rapidly growing data center market, the full-time Business Development Manager will sell BAND-IT products and solutions to data center projects, including hyperscales and colocation providers, while working remotely across the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a business development plan to penetrate hyperscale and enterprise data center projects
- Collaborate with design engineers and consultants to secure product specifications during the design-build phase
- Manage the full project sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal and closure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business, or a related technical field
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development focused on data center infrastructure
- Direct experience selling into hyperscale providers or Tier 1 colocation providers
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and blueprints
- Proven track record of networking with general contractors and engineers
