Business Development Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Operations Manager will manage operational infrastructure, including CRM systems and data processes, while working remotely to enhance partnerships and acquisitions through effective reporting and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Attio CRM for partnerships and M&A, ensuring data integrity and access control
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline Corporate Development workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
• Build and maintain an M&A market map and scoring model, providing insights for team focus and strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with CRM and data tools, including the ability to build automations
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail-oriented data management
• Experience in defining and documenting repeatable processes across partnerships and acquisitions
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across various teams
