Job Summary
To drive market expansion in the data center sector, the full-time Business Development Specialist will engage with industry decision-makers through various channels, manage key accounts, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams while working remotely in the West Region.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and maintain updated profiles of key accounts within CRM
- Develop and implement a business plan with annual goals and manage customer interactions effectively
- Participate in industry events and collaborate with internal teams on product development and marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in a related role
- Previous business development or customer-facing experience in the data center vertical
- Established contacts within Tier 2, Tier 3, and Edge data center segments
- Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to obtain PSP Certification or other required certifications
