Business Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of business and systems analysts, the full-time remote Business Enablement Manager will provide strategic direction for enterprise-wide corporate projects, ensuring that services and systems meet the needs of Customer Service and Sales while supporting project issue resolution and standardization efforts across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the allocation of staff to align with business priorities and manage performance of direct reports
• Educate business partners on available sales, service, and marketing technology to support their goals
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve workflow issues and manage interactions with outside vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide support for complex systems or issues
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications
