Business Fundamentals Instructor

Job Summary

Teaching a variety of business-related courses, the part-time Business Fundamentals Instructor will plan and deliver instruction, evaluate student progress, and facilitate project-based learning in an onsite and remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures for courses such as Applied Business Concepts and Computerized Accounting
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools while providing academic advising for student growth
• Organize field outings for student enrichment and actively contribute to program improvement through committee involvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field
• At least two years of related work experience or specialized training if the degree is not in business administration
• Preferred Microsoft Office Specialist certifications for teaching specific courses
