Business Immigration Legal Writer
Job Summary
To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Business Immigration Legal Writer will prepare and file writing-intensive immigration cases, including O, EB-1A, EB-1B, and NIW applications, while working remotely during West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and review documents from petitioners and conduct internet research for relevant case facts
- Draft persuasive case documents, including support letters and complex RFE responses, while organizing case exhibits efficiently
- Enter data accurately into internal platforms and assist in client communication regarding visa instructions and approval notices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 3-5 years of experience in business immigration, specifically with NIW cases and complex RFE responses
- Proven writing ability with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and process skills
- Effective interpersonal and computer skills
