Business Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on driving actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Insights Analyst will build reports and dashboards, analyze business drivers, and partner with stakeholders to enhance decision-making across various functions including marketing, finance, and care services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop reports and dashboards that empower stakeholders to self-monitor business performance
- Analyze marketing efficiency, merchandising, customer behavior, and care services productivity to identify underlying business drivers
- Transform stakeholder feedback into measurable hypotheses and track results to inform future decisions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries independently
- Experience with modern reporting tools such as Hex, Looker, or similar
- Understanding of relational table structures and data modeling concepts
- Preferred degree in a quantitative, business, or related field
