Business Insights Manager
Job Summary
Leading workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives, the full-time Manager, Business Insights will develop staffing models and partner with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners
- Research key business problems and proactively identify potential enterprise solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics, or IT, preferably in healthcare or consulting
- Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or SAS
- Experience in organizational performance management or change management preferred
