Job Summary
To support the Sales Operations team, the full-time Business Insights Specialist will manage the production of sales reporting, build and maintain KPI dashboards, and drive automation of reporting workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and business review packets
- Maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling for leadership and frontline teams
- Automate reporting workflows using AI tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools for automating reporting workflows
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is preferred
