Business Intake Risk Analyst
Job Summary
To support a long-term, fully remote project, the Business Intake Risk Analyst will conduct in-depth due diligence, evaluate potential client engagements, and assist in risk management processes for an AmLaw 100 law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations on prospective clients and matters using various databases and resources
- Analyze financial information and risk indicators to prepare clear risk assessment reports
- Collaborate with attorneys and practice group leaders to evaluate potential risks associated with new clients and matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in corporate due diligence, risk analysis, or related fields
- Proven ability to compile and analyze complex information from multiple sources
- Experience utilizing research databases such as Lexis, Bloomberg, and Dun & Bradstreet
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
