Business Integration Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client implementations and managing a team, the full-time Business Integration Consultant Principal will execute functional strategies, drive key business outcomes, and engage with clients and executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementation activities and manage workstream delivery, including negotiations with clients
• Consult with internal and external project teams throughout the Enterprise Project Lifecycle/Implementation Framework
• Manage a team of Business Integration Consultants, mentoring and guiding team members as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 8 years of project management or business analysis experience
• 3 years of managerial experience or leading cross-functional work efforts
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
