Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end process of Power BI dashboards and datasets, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will design, build, and maintain data models while ensuring data accuracy and quality for reporting outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and dashboards, including underlying relationships and measures
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications while diagnosing data flow issues independently
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance reporting processes and automate manual tasks, ensuring accuracy before stakeholder delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in BI roles
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including building datasets and data models
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and understanding data relationships
• Ability to explain data origins and meanings beyond report reproduction
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into business intelligence workflows
