Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support crucial business operations programs, the temporary remote Business Intelligence Analyst will manage day-to-day operational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute operational processes across multiple programs and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data to support reporting and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, program management, or business analysis
• Advanced experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Proven capacity to identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
