Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Intelligence Analyst will manage operational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, analyze business data, and ensure smooth program execution.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring operational metrics, project milestones, and delivery status across multiple programs
- Coordinating with stakeholders and external partners to resolve blockers and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Analyzing business data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in program and operations management
- Strong experience using Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and KPI tracking
- Experience documenting processes and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve operational issues
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and business intelligence tools
