Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the reporting foundation for performance monitoring, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will develop dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making and drive growth for the Dollar General partnership in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for revenue, sales performance, and digital incentive KPIs
- Analyze performance across various offers and identify growth opportunities to inform sales strategy
- Partner with Finance and sales leadership on revenue forecasting and financial reporting, highlighting key variance drivers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or financial analysis
- Strong experience developing business reporting and dashboards using BI tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and large dataset analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations
