Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Mortgage Lending Division remotely, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will produce routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts while learning internal systems and assisting with basic data analysis tasks under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to understand business metrics and reporting needs
• Maintain and automate regularly scheduled reports while ensuring data accuracy through validation and analysis
• Document procedures for assigned reports and conduct manual data reviews to address business questions or trends

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in business intelligence or data analysis; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SSRS
• Foundational knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus
• Zero to two years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and business processes quickly in a collaborative environment
