Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining moderately complex reports and dashboards, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will perform in-depth data analysis and identify trends to support decision-making within the Mortgage Lending Division while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools such as Power BI and SQL
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Two to four years of experience as a Business Reporting Analyst I or similar role
- A minimum of two years of experience in the Residential Mortgage Industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
