Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
To support reporting and analytics initiatives, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL-driven reporting solutions, and recurring analytical deliverables while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
- Prepare recurring operational, data quality, and business intelligence reports
- Build SQL-driven analytical outputs to support business decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with Power BI report development and dashboard maintenance
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Minimum of five to eight (5-8) years of experience with operational reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, or a similar operational environment preferred
