Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic analytics center of excellence, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with business translators to gather and analyze data, enabling effective decision-making and proposing actionable insights, while working in a hybrid on-site/remote schedule in Tewksbury, MA.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, retrieve, and aggregate data from the division's data lake or PowerBI reports to create standardized and actionable insights
- Prepare and deliver analyses and insight reviews to business stakeholders
- Propose metrics and analyses for broader organizational use
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Finance, or related discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of the linkage between business data and business information
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Understanding of database concepts and ability to work cross-functionally with IT and data experts
- 3+ years of experience in data, analytics, and/or business intelligence
