Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will provide analytic support to business or clinical areas, assisting in data collection, cleaning, and interpretation to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with internal partners to design and develop reporting solutions and analytic studies
• Develops, validates, and executes simple queries and basic reports while interpreting results for internal stakeholders
• Participates in strategic departmental initiatives and assists in project planning and requirements gathering

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
• Familiarity with basic descriptive and inferential statistics
• Proficiency with business intelligence software systems within the first year in the role
• Ability to manage projects with supervision and demonstrate initiative and organizational skills
