Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights, the remote Middle/Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Commercial team in data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights and performance analysis to support the Commercial team
- Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify growth and retention opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of product initiatives on commercial performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or commercial analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Prior experience working with commercial or sales teams in medium to large organizations
- Industry experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital technology is preferred
