Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Developing and supporting data, reporting, and business-system capabilities for Medical Device Services, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will create Power BI models and reports, manage CRM administration, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports to support operational and financial reviews
- Administer CRM systems, including user setup, configuration, and testing of enhancements
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing checks and corrective actions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or CRM administration
- Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and data models
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and knowledge of relational data concepts
- Experience supporting CRM, LIMS, ERP, or related enterprise systems
