Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to work remotely, who will manage analytics and reporting for the Online Home Energy Assessment and Marketplace platform, ensuring data integrity and translating business questions into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively partner with program, marketing, and IT stakeholders to address data and reporting needs
- Monitor transactions and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement in recommendation content
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards, contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in energy efficiency or a related field
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytical applications
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales, pricing, and program data
- Experience designing business intelligence solutions for program or marketplace data
- Familiarity with UAT design and execution for system changes preferred
