Job Summary
To support Avalon's data-driven initiatives, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will develop SQL queries, create dashboards, and ensure data accuracy for internal and external stakeholders while working remotely with potential travel to the corporate office in Tampa, Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Develop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for ad-hoc reporting needs
- Create and document dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making for various internal teams
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data models and performance needs for dashboard analytics
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent work experience
- Experience writing SQL queries and using Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Healthcare industry experience
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SSRS/PowerBI Report Server
