Business Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Business Intelligence Group, the full-time Consultant will design, develop, and deliver custom financial and operational reports using Sage Intacct and Sage 300 CRE, ensuring accurate and insightful information for internal stakeholders and clients while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct and Sage 300 CRE, ensuring alignment with reporting cycles and multi-entity needs
• Replicate key data into SQL tables for advanced reporting and troubleshoot data access and quality issues
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations teams to gather reporting requirements and provide user support and training

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Sage Intacct, particularly in report development
• Proficient in Financial Report Writer, ICRW, Custom Report Wizard, and Crystal Reports
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
• Working knowledge of SQL and stored procedures for reporting and data integration
• Ability to analyze and reconcile data across key accounting modules: AP, AR, GL, Projects, Time & Expenses
