Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Engineer will design and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards, optimize database structures, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective BI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS
- Optimize and maintain database structures, focusing on performance and scalability through complex SQL queries
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective BI solutions and mentor Business Intelligence Analysts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or related role
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including complex query writing and optimizing database performance
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles
