Business Intelligence Lead
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Lead will own the reporting infrastructure, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover trends, conduct analyses, and optimize performance marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals, identifying discrepancies and improving data consumption efficiency
- Bridge business context with data understanding, articulating key performance levers and enhancing dashboard standardization
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and build trust with stakeholders through education and a standardized reporting suite
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, specifically in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy principles
- Demonstrated curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner
