Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure for key business verticals, the full-time Business Intelligence Lead will manage data extraction, standardization, and performance marketing optimization while collaborating closely with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to improve data consumption across assigned verticals
• Articulate business context and key performance levers while executing ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to enhance self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Advanced skills in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build and drive adoption of standardized reporting
• Strong business acumen with a focus on connecting data insights to business outcomes
